マイページについて ご登録メールアドレスへマイページのログイン用のID/パスワードをお送りいたしました。

A-1．お支払方法の変更

お支払いは口座振替またはクレジットカードのいずれかをお選び下さい。
※ご契約された時点ではコンビニ払いとなっております。コンビニ払いの場合は【請求書発行手数料】として、毎月330円（税込）/１通がお客様負担となります。
※クレジットカードの場合はそのままマイページ上での登録となります。クレジットカード決済登録の手順はこちら
※口座を選択頂きましたら後日、口座登録用紙が届きますので記載後返送をお願い致します。(新入居のお客様の場合、郵便局や役所等への移転のお届けが無ければ、書面が発送されない恐れが御座いますのでクレジットカードでの登録を推奨しております。
口座をご希望の方は上記の対応を早急に行って頂きますよう宜しくお願い致します。)

その他お手続きについて 今後よりよい弊社サービスをご利用いただくにあたり、以下2点のご対応をお願いいたします。

B-1．Eメール受信に関する
ドメイン登録のお願い

毎月の電気ご使用量のお知らせやHTBエナジーからの大切なご案内がございます為、以下のドメインのメールを受信可能となるように設定をお願いいたします。
大切なご連絡などが届かないなどの状態を防ぐために、ご協力をお願いいたします。
下記3つのドメイン指定解除をお願いいたします。

B-2．新しいご住所で
新規ご契約のお客さまへ

お引越しなど新しいご住所で新規ご契約される場合、HTBエナジーから大切なご案内を郵送にてお送りさせていただく為、また、お客さまの郵便物が今後正しく届くよう、最寄りの郵便局へ「転居届」のご提出、表札の掲示などのご対応をお願いいたします。

Please choose either direct debit or credit card payment. It is a convenience store payment at the time of contract. In the case of convenience store payment, you pay 330 yen(including tax)every month as【 bill issuance fee】. In this case, we will charge you pay 330 yen(including tax) a invoice for issuing it.

About the other procedures To provide our customer with better service, please make sure the following two points.

We ask for your cooperation in order to prevent conditions such as important communications not reaching.

B-2．New customers at
new address

In case of an application with a new address such as moving, please submit a moving -in notification to the nearest post office or display correspondence on your nameplate, so that your mail will be delivered correctly.
